One company. One story. Every course.
Every course follows Delta Flow Energy, a Nigerian downstream company with a storage terminal and jetty. You build its management system, investigate its incidents and manage its process safety, so each course builds on the last.
Build the system
Implement ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 and prepare Delta Flow for certification.
Investigate when it fails
Lead the investigation when something goes wrong, in The Lead Investigator.
Prevent the major accident
Manage process safety across the site in Keep It in the Pipe, coming soon.
Why professionals choose The HSE Exchange
Most training stops at attendance. These courses stop when you can show your work.
You do the work, not just read
You take the lead role at a fictional Nigerian downstream company and produce the registers, reports and records an auditor or board would expect to see.
Grounded in local reality
Scenarios reflect storage terminals, jetties, depots and the regulators you deal with, not generic overseas examples.
Checked, then marked
Each module has an auto-marked self-check and a model answer, and your capstone is marked by your instructor.

Frequently asked questions
Are the courses self-paced?
Yes. You start when you like and work through the modules at your own speed. Each module unlocks after you complete the one before it.
Which course should I take first?
Start with the work in front of you. If you are implementing or maintaining a management system, take ISO 45001 or ISO 14001. If you lead or review incident investigations, take The Lead Investigator. If you work on process safety at a terminal, depot or LPG plant, ask to be notified when Keep It in the Pipe opens.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes. You receive a certificate of completion when you finish a course, and anyone can check it on our certificate verification page.
How is the capstone marked?
The module activities are self-checked, so you get instant feedback. The capstone, which pulls the whole course together, is marked by your instructor.
What if the course is not right for me?
You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed 25% or less of the course and no certificate has been issued. The full refund policy is linked in the footer.
Can my employer pay or enrol several people?
Yes. Use the team pricing request above, or email support@thehseexchange.com with your company name and number of seats.
